The commercial interior is one which is usually
viewed by its inhabitants as stark and uninviting. It is because of
this stereotype that Dena Brody Interiors strives to give character
to the work place. We usually do so by dividing the commercial environment
into two distinctly different categories; private
spaces and public places.
Private offices allow the individuality of the employee to come out in the objects or pictures that fill the space. These spaces should have a personality to them that is comforting to both the employee and clients; it should appear not just as an office but as John Doe’s office at Paper Clips Inc, illustrating who he is and what role he plays in the company. Public spaces should convey the overall purpose and intent of the company. They should tell the story of what the company is about through the use of color, lighting, images, and decorative items. We compose an advertisement of sorts that will speak to the clientele of the company. |
